The guidelines on sale of the flats would be uploaded on the website, the Minister said on Thursday.
After coming to power, the TRS government repaid the loan taken for Rajiv Swagruha to the tune of Rs 820 crore and balance loan of Rs 256 would be cleared by the government soon to banks, the minister said. The government expects Rs 545-crore proceeds from the sale of Rajiv Swagruha flats.
